Services & Procedures

An echocardiogram is an ultrasound of the heart that creates images to assess heart structure, function, and valve performance. It's a painless, non-invasive test.

You might need one to:

  • Evaluate symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath
  • Assess heart function after a heart attack
  • Evaluate heart valves for stenosis or leakage
  • Monitor known heart conditions
  • Check heart function before or after surgery

Dr. Bogabathina is board-certified in echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography.

We will have your stress testing performed at affiliated facilities. We have plans to expand our in-office services and will update as these become available.

Yes, Dr. Bogabathina is board-certified in interventional cardiology and performs:

  • Cardiac catheterizations
  • Coronary angioplasty and stenting
  • Heart pump support
  • Complex coronary interventions

These procedures are performed at affiliated hospital facilities where Dr. Bogabathina has full privileges.

Interventional cardiology involves minimally invasive catheter-based procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease. This includes cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty, stent placement, and heart pump support. These procedures often avoid the need for open-heart surgery and typically have shorter recovery times.

Yes, we offer telemedicine services for appropriate visits. Dr. Bogabathina also provides remote interpretation services for hospitals and clinics including EKG interpretation, echocardiogram reading, and telemetry review. Contact our office to determine if a telemedicine visit is appropriate for your specific needs.
